Looking for a few tips about SF? Our tour guides live and work in America's best city. Consider them your ticket to the great restaurants, bars and more.

• Fun & original walking tours: Shop thrift stores with great deal or take a tour of the city's bars with cheap happy hour specials.
• Low-cost day trips: Get out of the city and see the Wine Country and Yosemite National Park with fun guides.
• Casual meet & greets: Meet locals and travelers who can explore the city with you.

Become a volunteer

When you volunteer with HI you interact directly with our guests and help to bring HI's mission to life. It's also an opportunity for you to:

• Practice language skills
• Meet world travelers
• Gather info for a trip abroad
