Can I cancel or modify a reservation online?


Reservations made using the online Reservation Wizard service can be modified or cancelled until 12 midnight the day prior to check-in. To modify or cancel online you must have the confirmation and reference numbers available. This information is provided to you at the end of the Reservation Wizard process.

If you do not have the confirmation and reference numbers available you may modify or cancel by calling the reservations desk at the location the reservation was made.
