Dine About Town returns to San Francisco in January

As many budget travelers know, once in a while you just need to splurge a little. And in San Francisco, one of the best ways to splurge is to sample the city’s world-class dining options — especially during Dine About Town.

Dine About Town was made for those who want to indulge, without quite breaking the bank. From January 15-31, 2008, 100 of San Francisco’s top (and most expensive) restaurants will be offering three-course pre-set menus at a special rate of $21.95 for lunch and/or $31.95 for dinner. It’ll be worth a few days of hostel-cooked meals to save up for this delicious opportunity!

Celebrated restaurants such as Absinthe Brasserie and Bar, Aziza, One Market, O’Reilly’s Holy Grail, and many more will offer diners with adventurous tastes a rare chance to sample the gems of San Francisco’s culinary culture for a moderate cost.

A full list of the participating restaurants and online reservations will be available later this month at onlyinsanfrancisco.com/dineabouttown. If you won’t be in the City this January, don’t fret — you’ll have another chance to experience Dine About Town June 1-15, 2008, which should give you plenty of time to budget it into you summer trip to San Francisco.
