Trip to Ocean Beach

Take advantage of this rare and beautiful end-of-summer weather with a trip to Ocean Beach -- the largest beach in San Francisco -- led by Lani, Activities Coordinator for the San Francisco Downtown Hostel.

Stroll along the five miles of sandy shore and bask in the warm sun, or – if you're feeling courageous – bring your bathing suit and towel for a bracing dip in the sea. One way or another, it's a sure way to relax away from the city hustle for a while. Just be sure to bring a sweatshirt in case the weather gets chilly!
